Contact Data

If you would like to use our Services or schedule a demo, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to, email address, first name and last name, phone number, company name, and title (collectively, “Contact Data”). The Contact Data is used to provide the requested service or information and to contact you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.

Customer Data

In using the Services, Customers and Authorized Users provide us Customer Data. We use the Customer Data (other than any personal information contained therein) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SaaS Agreement. Any personal information contained in the Customer Data will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Billing Data

In order to use some of our Services, you will be required to provide certain additional information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, billing address, bank information, and similar information (“Billing Data”). Such Billing Data will be collected and processed by our third party payment processor pursuant to the terms and conditions of its privacy policies and terms of use. We do not directly obtain, store or process any Billing Data.

Usage Data

In an ongoing effort to improve the Website and the Services, we automatically collect certain information when you visit the Website, and/or access or use the Services. This information consists of your IP address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website and Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
